How to create a message filter

When you select the message category, you are able to create a filter based on the status of the message or a clicked link.

Create a filter by message status

You can create a filter based on if any of the following message statuses has occurred or not occurred:

  • Delivered

  • Opened

  • Clicked

  • Failed

  • Spam complaint

If you want to filter this to a particular broadcast or instead, exclude one, you can use the broadcast filter option (under additional options) to specify the option and broadcast.

Add a broadcast option

Once you select the operator, type the subject of the broadcast, and a list of matching broadcasts will be displayed for you to select your target broadcast.

You can create a filter based on a link that has been clicked. Select the Clicked link option, the preferred operator, and enter the link.
