Getting Started

The Engage Help Center feature lets you create a website where you can post helpful articles related to your product or services so that customers can visit to find answers to their questions.

To create one,

• Click on the Help Center link on the dashboard

• Enter the title and description of your Help Center

• Select a choice subdomain. This will be used to create the link to your Help Center. It will be in the form: yoursubdomain.myhcpage.com.

• Select the default language for your Help Center. You can always change or add more languages later.
