How to test an Automation flow

After creating an automated flow on Engage, it is essential to test each stage of the automation to ensure that it works well. This test will trigger the automation for a selected user.
How to run an automation test on Engage
Create your Automation
Click on the Test button
Copy and paste the ID of the Customer (or Account) you want to test this automation with. You can get this from the user's profile page.
Click on the Run Test button
How to view Test results
The results of your Tests are available on the View Tests tab. This will show you how test users navigate the automation stages.
Notes
During the test, time delays in the automation will be ignored so you can test the flow without any delay.
If your automation includes sending emails, SMS, or push notifications, ensure the test user has the necessary attributes (email address, phone number, or device token) attached to their profile as needed.
